Each of these activities has been used extensively by teachers here in
Croydon. The activities were used with children from schools who
participated in the Croydon Numeracy Project
(click for further details) and have had a wider distribution to all the Croydon
schools following the publication of the project's report.
Each of the activities can be adapted for use with children of all ages and
ability levels.
